Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg (ジャイアントエッグ~ビリー・ハッチャーの大冒険~, Jaianto Eggu: Birī Hatchā no Daibōken, lit. "Giant Egg: The Great Adventure of Billy Hatcher") is a 3D platform game developed by Sonic Team and published by Sega for the GameCube.
Morning Land, the land of chickens, was a peaceful country that brought morning to the world.
One day, however, black clouds suddenly filled the sky and crows appeared, taking on the power of the night and taking on a frightening appearance.
The crows were using the power of the night to awaken the evil spirit deep within the people. The elders of the Morning Land, who herald the morning to the world, have been sealed inside golden eggs by the crows.
The chicken god, believing that the world would remain in the night forever and the hearts of the people would be tainted with evil, called a young boy, Billy Hatcher, and his friends from the world of human beings. Armed with the legendary chicken suit, Billy and his friends set out on an adventure to bring morning back to Morning Land.
